All of the forms on the Encampment Prerequisites page must be completed and returned prior to the encampment. While we will still collect them at check-in, we prefer that you mail them ahead of time to make the in-processing of cadets quicker and more efficient. Cadets with missing paperwork will not be allowed to attend.
Documents listed on the Encampment Preparation page will be used while the cadet is at the encampment. This includes copies of the Operating Instructions that cadets will have to memorize parts of, Chain of Command and the workbook.
